The Ethics of Inner-Office Dynamics | March 28, 2025
About the Training:
We have all been a part of that team that didn’t feel like it was conducive to much “teamwork.” Unfortunately, the field of mental health services is not immune to challenging interoffice dynamics. It is part of our essential duty as a clinician to manage professional relationships in a way that is healthy, productive, and ethical. This presentation will take a look at the ethical considerations in managing interoffice dynamics.
Learning Objectives:
1. PARTICIPANTS WILL IDENTIFY PARTS OF THE ACA CODE OF ETHICS THAT RELATE TO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND INTEROFFICE DYNAMICS.
2. PARTICIPANTS WILL EVALUATE POTENTIAL SITUATIONS IN THE WORK-PLACE THAT CONTRIBUTE TO ETHICAL CHALLENGES AND CONSIDERATIONS.
